ArtisanHub GH is a digital marketplace that connects: • Customers seeking services • Independent artisans offering services We act only as an intermediary and do not directly provide services.

To use the platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Provide accurate and complete information • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account • All activities under your account We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Customers may: • Search and hire artisans • Post service requests • Communicate with artisans Artisans may: • Create and manage service profiles • Respond to job requests • Provide agreed services

All service agreements are strictly between the customer and the artisan. ArtisanHub GH: • Is not a party to any agreement • Does not guarantee service quality • Is not responsible for disputes

ArtisanHub GH does not process payments at this time. All payments are handled directly between customers and artisans.

You agree not to: • Provide false or misleading information • Engage in fraud or scams • Harass or abuse other users • Post illegal or harmful content Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

Artisans agree to: • Provide accurate service details • Deliver services professionally • Comply with applicable laws and safety standards

Users may submit reviews based on actual experiences. We reserve the right to: • Remove inappropriate or false reviews • Moderate content at our discretion

ArtisanHub GH is not liable for: • Service quality or outcomes • Financial losses between users • Injuries or damages during service • Actions of users on the platform Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms • You engage in fraudulent activity • You misuse the platform

All platform content, including logo, design, and features, are owned by ArtisanHub GH and may not be used without permission.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
